    • The senior auditor participates inpre-audit survey, assembles and analyzes financial and otheroperational data and identifies areas of subsequent audit, preparesspecific audit programs for he use by audit team, estimates timerequirements and participates in preparing auditbudgets.
    • The senior auditor assigns staffauditors to specific audit and areas and ensures that auditorsunderstand assignment goals, comprehend audit programs and aware ofthe audit budget and time allocation.
    • Thesenior auditor instructs staff auditors on proper audit techniques,data gathering and analysis methods. Participates in audits of hightechnical or complicated areas.
    • The seniorauditor reviews and evaluates all completed work findings, andrecommendations for accuracy adequacy and presence of sufficientsupporting documents, ensures that project work papers areassembled and filed correctly.
    • The seniorauditor participates in exit conference with the auditee andassists in assembling the final report.
    • Thesenior auditor informs the audit director of audit progress onregular basis, consult with Audit Consultant on problem areas andrecommends appropriate action.
    • The SeniorAuditor prepares performance report on staff auditors and providessuggestions for improving performances.
    • Anyspecial assignments from AuditDirector.
