    Open Position: TaxManager (Public-ListedOrganisation)

    APublic-Listed organisation in Malaysia is looking for Tax Managerto join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur

    Keyresponsibilities include:
    • Managethe overall aspects of tax of entire organistion and other businesssubsidiaries
    • Reviewcompany tax return and solve any findings in timely manner andensure accurate filing for both direct and indirecttax
    • Managedirect and indirect tax such as withholding tax, income tax(Corporate) transfer pricing reporting and documentation
    • Wokeclosely with external Tax consultant and auditors in preparation oftax provisions and tax;


    Keyrequirements include:
    • DegreeIn Accounting/ Finance/ Banking or Professional qualification suchas ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA and etc
    • More than7 years of experience in tax with experiece covering both directtax and indirect tax (service tax, sales tax etc)
    • A teamplayer with good communcation and leadershipskills
