    Job Summary Under the supervision of theGroup Payroll Manager, this position will be responsible for alladministration tasks related to the staff payroll process.

    JobResponsibilities 1 Staff Bank Account Bank Account details& system updates Job Responsibilities 2 Responsible foropening bank accounts for all employees Visit the bank for cardcollections.

    Coordinating with employees to fill out bank accountopening forms and obtain all related documents. Updating bankaccount details in the system Preparing salary certificates forbank account opening. Misc. tasks based on department requirements.
    Additional Responsibilities 3 Job Knowledge & SkillsLanguage – English is a must. Arabic is addedadvantage.
    Mandatory skills – MS excel and Word Shouldhave valid Qatar Driving license. ERP knowledge preferably SAPfunctional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
