    General Position Description Ensuring thatthe requirements of the contract documents are implemented andmaintained throughout the Contract period.

    Assist in the review ofcontractual notices of claims and providing contractual advice tothe Engineering in their administration of the ConstructionContract.

    Interaction with the Client representatives, the ProjectManagement Consultant, and relevant Contractors in respect of allcontractual matters Assists in the drafting of commercial terms fordesign, engineering and/or construction services for approval bythe Contracts Director Reviews all contract documents to ensurecongruity and to minimize patent and latent ambiguities.

    Assistswith administration of on-going Contracts, including monitoringContractor and commission compliance with the Contract documents.
    Investigates problems and recommends corrective action. Preparescorrespondence and maintains records necessary to ensure theeffective administration of all Contractual matters. Facilitatesthe preparation of Contract change and prepares the relevantvariation orders.

    Facilitates the contract close-out procedures toensure that all terms and conditions of contracts have beencomplied with prior to final payment to contractor.

    Ensures thatall contractual procedures are implemented and maintained. Assistson all contractual matters.

    Assists in the review ofContractor's claims in accordance with the provisions ofthe Conditions of Contract and ensures the Client'sinterests are protected.

    Ensures all warranties, bonds, insurances,guarantees, etc. are in place and maintained and updated inaccordance with the Contract and are in compliance with the Clientsrequirements. Assists the Estimation and Project Control teams inrespect of contractual implications of change orders. Prepare forreview Recommendations for Release of Retention and Bonds Preparemonthly Reports for review.

    Assist in the preparation of MonthlyProgress Reports Responsible for the preparation and maintenance ofEngineer's Instructions, Variation Orders and Claim LogsAttends Commercial Meetings and records minutes ofmeetings.
