    Reportingto: Director of Athletics &Activities

    Tosupport and assist the Director of Athletics & Activitiesensuring the smooth and safe running andorganisationof the Primary School activities program.



    Requirements

    QualificationsandExperience.

    1.1Possess qualified teacher status appropriate to the teaching dutiesto beundertaken.

    1.2Have a strong background and/or passion in extracurricularactivities

    KnowledgeandSkills.

    2.1Demonstrate alignment with the ISL Qatar values of belonging gritkindness andintegrity.

    2.2Possess excellent communication skills with the ability toeffectively communicate in English within an international schoolsetting.

    2.3Experienced and recent training in technology platforms such asMicrosoft 365iSamsSeesawManageBacSchoolsbuddyand similar platforms

    Responsibilities.

    3.1Purposefully developing a balanced and holistic CoCurricularActivities (ECA) Program

    3.2Recruiting developing and retaining high quality activity leadersfrom ISL Qatar staff to lead a variety and comprehensive activityprogram.

    3.3Collecting using and reporting on various data points ranging fromstudent interest types of activities offered attendance etc.

    3.4Ensuring the program supports and drives the values and mission oftheschool.

    3.5Ensure good communication with students parents faculty and theDirector of Athletics & Activities Director.

    3.6Ensure proper child safety protocols and practices are taking placeacross the Primary program.

    Coordinateswith activity leaders for any absences and cover needed foractivities.

    3.7Develops and implements a plan for start and end time of activitiesand parent pickup.

    3.8Promote and foster team spirit within the school and develop strongconnections with colleagues across various schooldepartments.

    3.9Support and contribute to school community service and globalcitizenship goals.
