    • Responsible and accountable forexecution of commissioning, start-up, and hand-over of IndustrialCities (VI) assets/facilities in projects and to ensurethat:
      • Industrial Cities Asset Owners are fullyready to assume ownership of the commissioned project deliverables(facilities) at the point of delivery/handover stage, and that theyare able to operate and maintain the delivered assets/facilities ina safe, reliable and sustainablemanner.
      • Industrial Cities (VI) Projects aredelivered within schedule, at much lower cost and at the highestproductivity while maintaining the highest standard in quality andHSSE.

    YourTasks

    • As VICommissioning Team Lead, to be responsible and accountable forcommissioning and handover of Industrial Cities (VI) projectsin-line with procedure for project commissioning andhandover.
    • Responsible to capture thepre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover deliverablesrequirements during the projects' phases (FEED andEPIC).
    • Review of project documentation, designdeliverables, project execution plans, and ensure all relevantinformation related to commissioning areincluded.
    • Ensure that all projectpre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up services implementedby the outsourced contractors are conducted as per Qatar Energyregulations and industry best practices.
    • Leadthe development of the Commissioning Team from the projectstakeholders. In consultation with the commissioning team, todevelop Projects Commissioning Strategy, Commissioning Plan,Systems Commissioning Procedures, and obtain approval for the samein accordance with Contract requirements, and projectschedule.
    • Coordinate and arrange for approvalof all pre-commissioning, commissioning handover checklists, snagsclearance and closeout, certification, and coordinate withContractor/Vendors to trouble shoot any equipment performanceproblems.
    • Lead the project commissioning phaseprogress meetings and approve the progress reports for the same forVI individual projects. Prepare weekly, monthly, and as perrequest, overall consolidated VI projects commissioning progressreports.
    • Coordinate schedule forvendors' presence/site visits, classrooms and on-jobtraining to asset holders for critical equipment andprocesses.
    • Initiate the Plant Pre-start UPSafety Review (PSSR) in line with applicable standards, andparticipate on FAT, monitoring / collecting data during the SAT,performance tests and contribute to all safety design review andstudies related to the project.
    • Initiate thepreparation of the Commissioning Dossier as part of the projectdocumentation handover package and ensure commissioning phaselessons learnt are captured and included in project overall lessonslearnt document.
