    Develop and implement acomprehensive airfreight sales strategy to maximize profits andachieve company objectives. Develop and manage relationships withkey customers and stakeholders. Identify and develop new businessopportunities in the airfreight market. Analyze customer needs anddevelop tailored solutions to meet them. Monitor and analyzecompetitive activity in the market. Negotiate pricing and contractswith customers. Develop and manage promotional campaigns togenerate leads and sales. Monitor customer satisfaction and ensurehigh levels of service. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline ofairfreight sales opportunities. Provide regular reporting on salesactivities and performance. Liaise with other departments to ensurecustomer requirements are met.


    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven trackrecord of success in airfreight sales. Excellent communication,negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to workindependently and manage multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving anddecision-making skills. Knowledge of airfreight industry trends andregulations.
