    BioTechniqueis a highly potent sterile injectable and clinical oncolyticsmanufacturing company dedicated to providing cytotoxic and highpotency sterile injectable fill-finish services. BioTechnique sproject management and client services staff work closely with ourclients to meet all manufacturing needs. From IND applicationsthrough commercial scale production, we provide formulation andcompounding, fill-finish, and optional lyophilization services fora wide variety of liquid injectables. BioTechnique utilizes ourteam s expertise to work with our clients to create a processdesign for their product that suits theirneeds.

    YourRole

    TheProject Coordinator is responsible to assist in day-to-dayactivities related to BioTechnique, PSC University, PSC Softwareand PSC Biotech Corporation. The incumbent is also responsible andaccountable for the execution of the PSC mission, to maintain theintegrity and professionalism of our products and services whileenabling steady growth anddevelopment."
    • Actas the primary host at BioTechnique. Arrange accommodations,coordinate travel, arrange meals, and gifts for visitors. Greetcustomers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests arecomfortable and are connected with the right officepersonnel.
    • Providephone coverage for PSC Biotechs main line in addition toBioTechnique and accommodate,schedule, and coordinate allrequests.
    • Drivecommunication and close out all action items for BioTechniqueadministrativeduties.
    • Coordinatemeetings, action items, and follow-ups across the BioTechniqueteam.
    • Managefront desk/lobby, when appropriate, to receive visitors andvendors.
    • Planand manage team goals, project schedules and newinformation.
    • Recordmeeting minutes and disseminate meeting minutes asrequired.
    • Assistin coordinating team members to keep workflow ontrack.
    • Directproject correspondence by preparing and reviewing projectproposals, memos, meeting minutes andemails
    • Manageemails and email responses for clients andpartners.
    • Resolvesadministrative problems by analyzing information and identifyingand communicatingsolutions.
    • Coordinatethe delivery of equipment rentals for the York site; Mail packages,asneeded.
    • Assistwith recruitment efforts and university relations for interns andentry level staff by attending local universities to identifyexceptional students and newhires.
    • Assistin the on-boarding of new hires for BioTechnique, (training,computer, office space, IT access etc.) Serves as liaison withtechnical support staff for officeequipment.
    • SupportBusiness Development team and required tasks and follow-ups.
    • Accomplishesdepartment and organization mission by completing additionalrelated tasks and projects asneeded.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences or other suitable major.
    • 1-3years of relevant experience with project management/coordination,recruiting, human resources, and/or client relationship managementwithin the life sciences or professional services industry.
    • Excellentanalytical skills and strong technicalabilities.
    • Highlyorganized in planning and time management, with the ability tomulti-task.
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
    • Collaborativeanddriven.
    • Abilityto meet objectives by responding to competing and changingpriorities and multiple tasks under inflexibletimelines.
