    • The Chief Accountant is in-chargeOf all accounting activities Of both financial and managementaccounting. He/she is responsible for preparing financial andperformance reports, assisting departments with annual budgets andreviews. He/she should be highly accurate and efficient, upholdingthe standard of exceptional customer service and above all ensuringthat consistent, accurate accounting services are provided.RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the development and implementation ofgoals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financialmanagement, budget, accounting, and/orpayroll.
    • Supervises and participates in thepreparation of financial statements and reports. Directs, conducts,and/or participates in cost analyses and ratestudies.
    • Enters or directs the entry andmaintenance of accounting records to show receipts andexpenditures.
    • Maintains general and subsidiaryledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation,cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurancerecords
    • Prepares statements and reports ofestimated future costs andrevenues.
    • Establishes system controls for newfinancial systems and develops procedures to improve existingsystems. Coordinates preparation Of external audit materials andexternal financial reporting. Reviews financial statements with theCEO
    • Motivate and guides the team to improveperformance and achieve set KPl's for thedepartment.
    • Manages the deployment andmaintenance Of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory,property, and other related procedures and controls.Skills
    • Strong Englishlangueg.
    • Strong MS Officeskills.
    • Excellent knowledge of computer systemsand accounting packages.
