    You'llmake an impact by...

    • Applying the estimating process forthe bid and briefing the process to all bid team membersresponsible for cost estimation by using the budget tool andparameters agreed by the team.
    • Creating andpresenting the "model" estimate based onparameters provided by Bid Engineering and using currentnorms/rates. Where necessary, issuing cost input sheets in therequired formats to those required to provide costestimates.
    • Expediting the delivery of estimatesfrom discipline leads. Use of estimate tracker to ensuretransparent version control.
    • Reviewingestimating inputs for accuracy and validity, Inputting completedestimates into Tender Template and PricingDocument.
    • Apply Risk, Warranty, Margin,inflation and other adjustments to the estimate, as provided byFinance and the tender template and agreed by theteam.
    • Interfacing with the bid Finance Managerto ensure that all rates, exchange rates and inflation rates arecorrectly applied in the tendertemplate
