    • Ensure timely submission of agencyinvoices, their timely approvals and return to theagency
    • Tracking source inspection cost withrespect to budget and alert Source Inspection Manager (Project) orProject Quality Manager/Senior Project Quality Manager on thetrends
    • Preparation of weekly MOM, Monthlyreports (QMR), Project specific Inspection Assignmentdocuments
    • Submission and Follow up with clientfor approval of submitted source related documents and inspectionnotification
    • Create and Issue Service WorkOrder (SWO) form to formally request Subcontractor (TPA) to providea service and to anticipate the costinvolved.
    • Plan and arrange for Pre-InspectionMeeting and FAT along with the Manager Assurance, QualityInspectors, Expeditor, Package Manager, Supplier andClient.
    • Perform Internal Quality Audit (ifapproved) as required.
    • Coordinate withcounterpart in other regions to assign qualified inspector for theassignments in working region, ifrequested
    • Verify Expense reports submitted byinspectors are claimed correctly for the inspection visit days andare attached with bills where required and process for PMTapprovals.
    • Support Source Inspection Manger(Area) in assigned functional tasks, whenrequested.
