    Relationship Manager -directsales

    JobDescription
    • TheRelationship Manager acts as an interface between the company&customers.
    • He/Sheshould be able to offer customized insurance solution to thecustomers for all their financialneeds.
    • Ensureall Training Modules laid by the L&D department areattended and certificationsobtained
    • Directselling to the customers via appointments(Office/ Homevisits)
    • Ensurethat leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attendedand reverted within theTAT
    • EnsureSelf Sourcing Targets are achieved - Ensure business Reporting, MISon sales call (LMS)
    • LeadUtilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a dailybasis
    • Ensurethat MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regularbasis
    • Bean Insurance solution provider for ourcustomers
    • Educatethe Customer about the company/channel
    • CustomerServicing. - Ensure strict adherence to Human resourceNorms,Policies &processes


    Requirements

    • Qualification:Graduate/HSC
    • Candidateshould have field sales experience minimum of 1 year preferably inInsurance/NBFC/Banking
    • Insurancesales will be anadvantage
    • Age- 25 to45years


    Requirements

    -Graduate/Post Graduate in anydiscipline
    - Minimum 2 years infield sales
    - Age years
    - Min of 2yrs Sales Exp infinancial institution, preferably partnershipchannels
    - Two wheelermust
    - Good Communication inEnglish
    - Job stability of min.2years ismust
