    Job Summary

    Instigate drive and support revenue producingsales actions across the entire Network via (primarily) the tradeand corporate channel. Drive positive change in Sales Performancethrough the creation and implementation of sales strategies acrossthe Network. Minimize the Cost of Sales and Increase the ROI fromdirect sales actions via the Trade.

    MainAccountabilities Include

    • Responsible for the development implementation and management forboth the overall Network Sales budget and Business Plan to achieverevenue budget.
    • Drive Maximum revenue fromthe Agents Incentive scheme (PLBs) to optimize performance bydeveloping and increasing the scale and scope of the PLBinfrastructure
    • Drive constant improvement inChannel Mix segmentation COS & Business value management.
    • Manage Travel Agency Incentive Contractsacross the Network and manage ongoing development of the POSManuals to provide comprehensive Market overviews.
    • In conjunction with the HR Training department beresponsible for the development of training courses and curriculumsthat enhance and improve the sales capabilities of the globalsalesforce.

    About You

    You have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent and minimum 10years of relevant experience. It is required international airlineexposure and proven understanding of Travel Industry and AirlineMarketing; you also have at least 5 years of proven strong salesability related Management experience and Industry Contractingexperience. Specifically experience in selling of airline touroperators or hotel products together with good knowledge of TradeDistribution Channels.

    You have systematic andlogical approach to problem solving and capability of workingaround problems. Exceptional leadership skills coupled with apositive attitude and the ability to develop and nurturepartnerships within the organization; ability to delegate work setclear direction. Strong mentoring and coaching skills budgetarycontrol skills. You are selfmotivated highly organized proactiveand flexible.
