- Lead the product discovery and definition process for across-functional squad consisting of engineers, data engineers, QAspecialists, data intelligence analysts, and tech supportpersonnel.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders toidentify market opportunities, gather requirements, and prioritizefeatures for development.
- Drive the development andexecution of product deliverables, ensuring alignment with businessgoals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research andcompetitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends andidentify areas for innovation.
- Work closely withengineering teams to translate product requirements into actionableuser stories, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-relatedinquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams andexternal partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) and user feedback to evaluate product performance andidentify areas for improvement.
- Continuously iterate onthe product based on user feedback, market dynamics, and emergingtechnologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field;
- 3+years of experience in product management roles, with a proventrack record of delivering successful products in the fintech,cryptocurrency, or related sectors.
- Strong understandingof trading technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchainconcepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teamsin an Agile development environment.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toinfluence and negotiate effectively at all levels of theorganization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability toleverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams andfoster a collaborative working environment.
- Familiarityand experience with defi / cefi / traditional trading or similar isa plus
