- Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap and vision for your portfolio, aligning to digital objectives and customer needs. Develop business cases to secure funding to achieve the strategy, ensuring ROI.
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, experimentation and customer centricity across the product team
- Advocate and embody customer-centric and personalized design and user experience, ensuring our products exceed customer and member expectations.

Qualifications About You We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Lead Product Manager to join our innovative and forward thinking Digital Commerce & Service Experiences team shaping the future of travel at Qatar Airways.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree or equivalent is essential.
- 8+ years of job-related experience
- Proven experience as a Product/Portfolio Manager or similar role, preferably in the travel industry
- A passion for innovation and a drive to push digital boundaries in air travel.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans that drive business results
- Experience in overseeing the development and management of multiple product lines
