- Work in a global team tocollaboratively design and develop a platform that provides worldclass KYC service that is compliant and able to provide best userexperience and achieve best KYC conversion rate
- Createand review Product Requirements Document (PRD) for easy trackingwithin the project group
- Ensure the project is executedaccording to schedule to meet the deadlines
- Communicatewith Engineers / Designers as well as internal stakeholders likeCompliance and Risk to ensure the KYC flow offer the greatest valueare prioritized
- Track and analyze key user metrics tosolve issues and drive continuous improvements
- Constantrefinement on workflow design to ensure the platform is intuitivefor seamless operation to optimize conversion rate in thedesignated markets
- Support the Regional/Global Heads andwork with different stakeholders to coordinate the implementationof product
- Articulate new features and enhancements tousers and internal stakeholders Requirements
- 5-8 yearsof proven experience as a Product Manager from Fin-tech, Finance orBlockchain industry
- Candidates who has strong experiencein KYC process is a huge advantage
- Experience in productlifecycle management, preferably in an agile framework
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability toobjectively prioritize
- Logical thinker with ability toidentify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Self-starter who is able thrive in a fast-paced andcross-functional environment that is results-driven
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a mustWorking atBinance
