    TPFRecruitment is currently working with an impressive Top 30chartered accountancy practice who are looking for a PayrollAssistant Manager to join their East Kent office. The payrollAssistant Manager is a key member to their payroll team and will bereporting directly to the Payroll Manager, and Partners. You willjoin a larger, and well-established payroll team, where there willbe lots of opportunities toprogress.

    ThePayroll Assistant Manager will have considerable experience in apractice or bureau environment and will be responsible for managingtheir own portfolio of work, as well as overseeing, and supportinga team of more junior staff.
    • Managemultiple payrolls for a diverse clientportfolio
    • Supportthe team in respect of processes relevant to payroll &benefits
    • Managing queries related to tax, benefits, salary, allowances
    • Managing P11D s and Annual Returns
    • Assisting with Auto enrolment processes
    • Reviewwork and supervise junior members of theteam


    Requirements

    • Experiencein delivering payroll services to clients.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years payroll processing.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Exceptional managerial skills.
    • Knowledge of CIS and RTI procedures.
    • Understanding of payroll systems and software (Star, Iris,QuickBooksetc.)
    • Confidentcommunicator
    • Excellent IT skills
    • Organisationalskills
