    First impressions are everythingAs a Front Office Agent, you will take care of the guests from themoment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they havea memorable experience with us.

    Reporting ToThe Director Of Front Office And Assistant Front Office Manager(s),Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions Include But Are NotLimited To The Following:

    • Consistently offer professional,friendly and engaging service.
    • Greet, check inand settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards arefollowed
    • Maintain accurate records of dailytransactions and cash handling, which includes currency exchangeand balancing a float
    • Handle guest requests,questions and concerns effectively andpromptly
    • Promote a professional teamenvironment
    • Follow department policies,procedures and service standards
    • Performs anyand all other tasks assigned bymanagement
    • Upholds the highest standard ofinternal and external customer service at alltimes
    • Take initiative to add a personalizedexperience
    • Proudly promote the hotelfacilities, looking for opportunities to enhance aguest's stay through up-selling

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in the English Language(verbal & written), second language is anasset
    • Previous experience and knowledge ofProperty Manager is an asset
    • Required knowledgeof Windows' Office Suite
    • Must be ableto handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment
    • Ability to focus attention on guestneeds, remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
    • Strong interpersonal and problem solvingabilities
    • Able to stand for long periods, atleast 8 hours per shift
    • Must be able to lift upto 50 pounds
