    Key responsibilities:

    • Assist in the coordination and administration of all items related to the access team across all official venues, including shift management, training and other administrative duties.
    • Implementation and set up of the client access management system including ensuring correct rule set up, access control equipment roll out to security personnel, training of all users, testing and onsite operations and troubleshooting.
    • Development and production of access control boards.
    • Planning, mapping and checking of key client flows, vertical transportation and ingress points onto venue maps and communication of flows and ingress points to all client groups via the provision of access manuals and access tours. This includes all flows and planned routes for disabled people and people with limited mobility.
    • Provision of key wayfinding information as required to the client Signage and Dressing to ensure wayfinding on site is correct and as per all client flows. Ensure that all wayfinding meets the Accessibility standards and requirements.
    • Act as key liaison with all functional areas with regard to any access related issues or questions. Facilitate additional and exceptional access requirements during the tournament.

    Qualifications and experience:

    • University degree in an appropriate subject or demonstrable training/vocational training
    • Minimum 2 years experience in the sport event industry, preferably within access management, accreditation, safety and security or venue management. Experience within a stadium environment is an asset.
    • Operation and/or set up of complex access control systems within ticketing and/or accreditation
    • Wayfinding and route planning in a stadium environment
    • Demonstrative ability of working across multiple venues concurrently
    • Writing and production of manuals and training materials
    • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service in pressurized situations
    • A methodical and analytical approach to completing work, with excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Creative and positive problem solving skills
    • English fluency – spoken and written (required)
    • Arabic fluency – an advantage
    • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project)
    • Planning software and online collaboration tools (an asset)
