- Devise a strategy to drive long-term profitability of the loyalty program and its components.
- Develop strategy around developing revenue streams for the program, through partner optimization (determining correct pricing structure for loyalty currencies, for long-term profitability) and data initiatives.
- Explore new revenue streams, improve existing revenues and ensure that not only program design but also all partnerships are economically feasible for Privilege Club and attractive for members. .
- Determine the expected change in member equity associated with proposed investments and changes and implement changes that will drive most value (i.e., understanding member value and using that information to support cost/benefits analyses and business case priorities).
- Recommend actionable insights to drive revenue growth and overall profit (i.e., recommending insights to revenue generating managers to improve their performance).
- Explore currency retailing platform opportunities, improve currency retailing business with a healthy margin. Oversee collect, spend, tier and benefits design, while ensure to keep up with industry standards/practices. Expand Avios as a form payment, balance value proposition for customers and margin for the program.
- Manage key economics projects within Loyalty to deliver e.g., deferred revenue accounting, any seat availability, hybrid accrual basis, hybrid redemption, and activity-based points' expiration.
- Carry out cost benefit analyses of investment decisions aimed at building stronger customer retention and recommend how to much to invest in efforts and initiatives that will create and retain valuable customers.
- Manage ongoing reporting and performance analyses to deliver insights and provide data driven recommendations that maximize short and long term member engagement and growth.
- Analyse partnership agreements to ensure that all agreements are competitive and aligned with the competitor value proposition.
