    • Identify and manage project risks and lead communication with working groups
    • Build an effective collaboration within the department and all involved project work streams.
    • Manage the various project work packages
    • Facilitate with the formation of cross departmental working teams to ensure project work packages are planned and requirements are obtained and shared with all relevant stakeholders.
    • Report on the health of the project and team performance against established service level agreements at set project progress reviews.
    • Assist with reviewing and refining the guidelines and templates for the project planning and tracking approach
    • Assist with defining and maintaining the work breakdown structure for all project plans.
    • Facilitate to organise project management workshops to ensure adequate understanding and usage of project management tools within the various project teams.
    • Track the change management requirements among the different stakeholders required to adopt new approaches
