    • You will develop effective workingrelationships with internal and external stakeholders and seekopportunities to implement improved workingpractices.
    • You will actively network, innovate,and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depthof knowledge of Mace Group, the Centres of Excellence, Mace WayControl Centre and Knowledge Hub.
    • You will useproblem solving and analytical skills for resolving contract andprocurement issues within the consultancy practice.

    You'll BeResponsible For

    • Accountable for supporting specialistfunction(s) within the Stakeholder Management Service on assignedcommission(s).
    • Creates/designs effectiveimplementation of Stakeholder Management framework(s)/strategy(s)on assigned commission(s).
    • Manages and directsclients, consultants, contractors and project team on assignedcommission(s) on all relevant Stakeholder Management Servicematters.
    • Partners with clients to manage andmeet expectations and build strong professionalrelationships.
    • Provides comprehensive advice tothe Project team in the administration of relevant Stakeholder& Communications standards, process and tools, includingmanaging risks, issues and reporting to achieve key objectives andthe escalation of performance and managementissues.
    • Facilitates and supports periodicreporting and structured governance and performancemeetings.
    • Accountable and responsible fordeveloping functional management strategies, plans, processes andtools and tracking progress against KPIs.
    • Workswith the Stakeholder & Communications Service Directorand/or Project Manager to recognise actions, recogniseopportunities and mitigate risks andissues.
    • Ensures all activities/operations arecarried out in line with Mace Control Centre, Client requirementsand prevailing regulation, policy andlegislation.
    • Provides Line Management to morejunior resources and other Project staff asrequired.
    • Utilises expertise to mentor andassist the personal and career development of junior staff teammembers.
    • Leads the integration of the functionwith all relevant disciplines.
    • Supports the HUBStakeholder & Communications and Project Controls Directorwith resourcing and recruitment for the assignedcommission.
    • Works collaboratively towards thecommon goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibilityfor the proactive identification and management of the associatedcarbon emissions and reductions during the delivery ofwork.
