    • The candidate will be responsiblefor assisting the Operations / Project manager and project teamwith estimation, job cost accounting, scheduling, site supervisionand other related project relatedwork.
    • Responsible to prepare technicalsubmittal such as Material Approval Request (MAR), Method ofStatement (MS), Inspection and Testing. Good knowledge of allinterior Materials, Wood, Veneer, MDF, Plywood, Adhesive, Curtainand linen materials.
    • Maintain a goodunderstanding of the project priorities based on project executionprogram.
    • Assist with on-site management toensure project success Ensure project plan is moving forward tomeet anticipated deadlines Responsible for RFI and submittalprocess Attend consultant & clientmeetings.
    • Monitor progress against the projectplan and keep the client updated on the progress taking quickcorrective action where required.
    • Conductquality checks on works carried out to ensure that theproducts/services meet all clientspecifications.
    • Ensure that project milestonesand objectives are achieved and projects delivered on time andwithin budget.
    • Able to work well within a teambased environment and ability to manage contractors and contractslabor work force.
