    • Leads the development andimplementation of an effective and cost-efficient strategy androadmap for the entity to deliver on the operational mandate withinexpected parameters of quality and customersatisfaction
    • Controls and directs the financialbudgeting for the entity in line with established objectives todeliver on the overall strategy and controls budget allocation(CAPEX and OPEX) as per approved budgets.
    • Leadsthe development of the sales strategy for the entity and ensuresits effective implementation in order to drive portfoliogrowth.
    • Drives the sales efforts withprospective leads to proactively seek sales opportunities throughsynergies of Otis – Middle East businesses and maintainclient relationships
    • .Leads the salesco-ordination efforts with Functional Departments and OtisFactories to build competitive sales pitches including pricingstrategies.
    • Guides the field operations andadministration of the entity in direct line of sight to maximiseefficiency and productivity and provide consistently high standardsof external customer service in line with strategic objectives ofOtis – Middle East.
    • Develops aservice-oriented and performance driven culture by ensuring thatall service and safety quality targets are met by theentity.
    • Ensures timelines are met for allprojects in alignment with the defined service quality standardsand looks into timely delivery of all projects to thecustomers.
    • Oversees customer complainthandling, provides advice, gets involved in resolving escalatedcomplaints, and implementing other processes/initiatives as neededwith the aim to enhance customer satisfaction in theentity.
    • Ensures invoices are raised as per theterms of the new installation, maintenance, repairing andmodernization contracts and submitted to the customer ontime
    • Reviews market intelligencerecommendations and communicates them to Otis – MiddleEast executive team and across the entity to ensure all departmentsare informed of the best practices.
    • Liaiseswith representatives from internal departments such as Sales,Aftermarket & Service, Digital Technology, Human Resourcesetc. to spearhead change management initiatives and facilitate theadoption of new or improved processes and/or procedures across theentity.
    • Develops strategies for customerservice improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer servicedelivered by Otis in the entity and ensures best in class servicedelivery cross all customer touchpoints.
    • Guides the process of evaluation oftraining needs of new and existing employees in the entity, inorder to ensure the employees are constantly upskilling themselvesbehaviourally and technically.
    • Guides theresolution of administrative issues in the entity and ensuresprovision of necessary infrastructural resources for effectivefunctioning while also managing coordination with respect to anysuch requirements at the entity
    • Guides thepreparation of monthly operating/financial statements for allbranches within the entity and reports to Otis – MiddleEast senior management for further evaluation and direction onfuture steps to be taken.
