    • Perform the preventive andcorrective maintenance for fire alarm and firefightingsystem.
    • Monitor fire command centre and respondto alarms and emergency.
    • Monitor and controlBMS system.
    • Maintain the log for all the eventsrelated to alarms and notifications.
    • Overseethird party contractor works and obtain necessarydocuments.
    • Maintain all the necessary documentsin coordination with document controller to specially for firesystem for QCDD certification purposes.
    • Supportfire safety officer in day to day activity like inspection, visitetc.
    • Evaluate stock inventory and make requestfor the spare which will be required for correctivemaintenance.
    • Participate in firedrills.
    • Perform daily visual inspection forvarious fire and life safety equipment to ensure inoperation.
    • Report unsafe conditions, nearmissies etc.
    • Maintain all the tools andequipment's which are used for operation andmaintenance.
    • Ensure that all engineering spacesare safe, kept clean and in an orderly manner at alltimes.
    • Comply with hotel and corporateSOP's.
    • Prepare weekly walk through tocheck all engineering critical areas for necessaryaction.
    • Follow up Company and department safetyand security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, andsecure environment. Attend all departmental trainings and othertraining program.
    • Work on continuousimprovements related to your filed ofexpertise.
