- Analyzes serviceissues and identifies trends.
- Makes and executes thenecessary decisions to keep property moving forward towardachievement of goals.
- Works with hotel management teamto develop an operational strategy that is aligned with thebrand's business strategy and leads its execution.
- Monitors hotel operations salesperformance against budget.
- Reviews reports andfinancial statements to determine hotel operations performanceagainst budget.
- Coaches and supports operations team toeffectively manage occupancy & rate, wages and controllableexpenses.
- Reviews the Wage Progress Report and comparesbudgeted wages to actual wages, coaching direct reports to addressproblem areas and holding team accountable for results. LeadingOperations and Department Teams
