- Help lead our CPQ implementation project and drive a highly successful rollout to markets and teams.
- Work closely with the Sales Operations, Process and Systems, and Finance teams to ensure the CPQ tool supports internal business requirements including approval rules and MDQ configuration.
- Collaborate with teams, including Enablement, Sales, and Process and Systems, to guide the successful adoption and optimization of our CPQ platform.
- Collaborate to configure,customize, and evolve CPQ application components, including product rules, pricing logic, discounting strategies, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with Product integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between CPQ and ERP platforms.
- Provide expert guidance on CPQ best practices, including configuration, pricing strategies, and quoting processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on non-standard deal requests, special pricing, operations, approval policies, commercial terms, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions working with stakeholders to gather requirements for future CPQ enhancements.
- Develop, test, and deploy new features, enhancements, and updates.
- Establish reports and workflows that track CPQ activity over time to identify trends in behavior or needs that may indicate opportunities for improvement
