- Provide effective leadership to the RoomService teams to ensure targets are met and exceeded both for thehotel and individual development
- Ensure compliance ofbrand standards
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels witha focus on continuous improvement
- Aware of trends andpropose ideas to build the range and quality of Food and Beverage
- Optimise sales and contain costs, identifying any areasfor action
- Set achievable budgets and other short- andlong-term functional goals
- Maintain consistentcommunication with Training and Development department to ensureteams at all levels are trained and developed through the use ofstructured training calendars
