    • Greet arriving residents andretrieving their luggage.
    • Deliver luggage,messages, faxes, and packages to residents and to undertake variousother requests to ensure theircomfort.
    • Transport departing residents luggagefrom unit to the lobby, ensuring that the resident has verifiedthat all luggage has been accounted for.
    • Assistwith keeping valet`s podium, lobby area and the outside of thebuilding clean and orderly.
    • Conduct a dailyrandom inspection for the public areas & report anyincidence or damage to the Front office team to be recorded in theTracking sheet.
    • Ensure that luggage has beenstored safely according to prescribedprocedures.
    • Be fully aware of what functionsare going on in the condominium.
    • Providegracious, attentive, and friendlyservice.
    • Other duties asrequired.
    • Provide guests relations, contact andassistance to all hotel guests andpatrons.
    • Ensure the smooth flow of serviceduring all check-in and check-out and roomchange
    • Maintain cleanliness of luggage store atall times
    • Welcome and Escort guests to roomsand explain facilities of room.
    • To be stationedat the entrance/lobby when not on errands
    • Tounload luggage in cars, buses and taxis of incoming and outgoingGuests
    • Ensure with guests during check-out thatno personal belongings are left behind.
    • Replacereceptionist whenever needed.
