    Prepare the daily mis-en-place and foodproduction in different sections of the main kitchen orsatellites


    • Coordinate daily tasks with theSous Chef or Executive Chef
    • Follow theinstructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors tocomplete the daily tasks
    • Ensure the higheststandards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keepup to date with the new products, recipes and preparationtechniques
    • Instruct and lead subordinatesthrough their daily requirements in food preparation and activelytake part in set up and supervising of buffets and specialfunctions
    • Coordinate and participate withother sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and costcontrol
    • Consult and check on dailyrequirements, functions and last minute events
    • Guide and train the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure highmotivation and economical workingenvironment
