    JobDescription

    • Responsiblefor the complete SW Project from requirements todelivery
    • PrepareSW Project Estimation, Costing and Project Planning by aligningwith Customer, development teams,vendors.
    • Handlinga SW development & testing team of size 1015.
    • Technicallydrive the Project towards milestonedeliveries.
    • Responsiblefor capacity planning, competence buildup of theteam
    • PerformQA activities as required for project success and meeting Qualitytargets
    • Supportfor the acquisition ofprojects
    • StakeHolder Management: Project Status reporting, Customer satisfaction,Vendor engagement, Team handling etc.
    • Statusreporting for customer reviews and managementreviews
    • Identifyand Implement productivity improvementmeasures.
    • ShouldLead, self-driven and motivate the team to achieve the projectgoals and customerexpectation.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge& desired skillsrequired

    • Handson experience in Automotive SW Project Management.
    • Verystrong Technical knowledge on Embedded System concepts and AUTOSARarchitecture.
    • Goodhands-on working experience in Hardware near Software (ComplexDeviceDrivers)
    • Experiencein Inter ECU Communication and DiagnosticCommunication.
    • Goodknowledge in usage of Project Management Tools forSDLC.
    • Experiencein working with MatrixTeams
    • Highlyinitiative with a passion to learn & understand newtopics
    • Shouldbe proactive & able to workindependently
    • Goodcommunication, presentation and interpersonalskills
    • KnowledgePEP process (Quality Gates), ASPICE, ISO26262, Cyber security wouldbe an addedadvantage.
