    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assist the chefs in preparing and cooking fooditems as directed.
    • Measure and weigh ingredients accurately. -Clean and prepare vegetables, fruits and meats for cooking. -Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, blenders and grinders. -Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
    • Properlystore food items and supplies.
    • Dispose of waste and clean kitchensurfaces.
    • Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
    • Performother duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years ofrelevant experience in a similar position.
    • Good communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • High level of attention to detail. Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment.
    • Must bephysically fit and able to perform heavy lifting
    • Excellentorganizational and time management skills.
    • Good knowledge ofbasic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
    • Knowledge of foodsafety and hygiene standards.
    • Must be able to work flexiblehours, including weekends andholidays
