    • Contact appropriate individual ordepartment (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) asnecessary to resolve guest calls, requests, orproblems.
    • Use sales techniques that maximizerevenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott,including up-selling.
    • Determine and givecomplimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g.,rewards points, shoPromote awareness of brand image internally andexternally.
    • Process requests for redeemingMarriott Rewards points.
    • Process allreservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone,fax, or mail.
    • Enter Marriott Rewardsinformation into appropriate software when taking guestreservations.
    • Answer, record, and process allguest calls, requests, questions, orconcerns.
    • Perform general office duties tosupport Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails,typing, faxing).w tickets, gift certificates).
