    Rust Belt Resources has partnered with a leading financial services organization on a direct-hire Application Analyst The ideal person will have 3+ years of experience supporting IT or Technical environments and

    • Understands business requirements, application administration and performance, and provides Application ;
    • Participate in hardware, software and application activities providing technical and business support to a defined end user group and monitoring system health, reviewing logs and reports and escalating issues to
    • Provides assistance to analyze, implement, modify and monitor application performance and monitors server applications and
    • Participates in discussions on system requirements and objectives based on business needs and performance ;
    • Identifies and explains application performance ;
    • Supports business processing requirements and supports installations and
    • Uses basic or emerging tech project management skills to deliver the various corporate initiatives as part of the Technology ;
    • Uses analytical skills to evaluate business implications of application
    • Participates in the evaluation of the potential of the application platforms to support evolving business
    • Communicates with internal users and reports issues with reliability and performance of business ;
    • Interacts with the BA/SA to achieve business goals and objectives and uses the performance data to help solve capacity, limitations and performance issues and reports user experiences with system hardware and ;
    • Assists to solve basic business problems with hardware, software and ;
    • Monitors system to achieve optimum performance and minimize or eliminate down ;
    • Conducts routine hardware and software audits for proactive
    • Acts as a vendor liaison for assigned ;
    • Follows change control procedures and participates in relevant ;

    Requirements

    Bachelors Degree
    3+ years of related experience
    • Basic understanding of systems life cycle, systems integration, data flows, requirements gathering, testing, reporting tools and relational database concepts
