    Rust BeltResources has partnered with a leading financial servicesorganization on a direct-hire Application Analyst The ideal personwill have 3+ years of experience supporting IT or Technicalenvironments and

    • Understandsbusiness requirements, application administration and performance,and provides Application ;
    • Participatein hardware, software and application activities providingtechnical and business support to a defined end user group andmonitoring system health, reviewing logs and reports and escalatingissues to
    • Providesassistance to analyze, implement, modify and monitor applicationperformance and monitors server applications and
    • Participatesin discussions on system requirements and objectives based onbusiness needs and performance ;
    • Identifiesand explains application performance ;
    • Supportsbusiness processing requirements and supports installations and
    • Usesbasic or emerging tech project management skills to deliver thevarious corporate initiatives as part of the Technology ;
    • Usesanalytical skills to evaluate business implications of application
    • Participatesin the evaluation of the potential of the application platforms tosupport evolving business
    • Communicateswith internal users and reports issues with reliability andperformance of business ;
    • Interactswith the BA/SA to achieve business goals and objectives and usesthe performance data to help solve capacity, limitations andperformance issues and reports user experiences with systemhardware and;
    • Assiststo solve basic business problems with hardware, software and ;
    • Monitorssystem to achieve optimum performance and minimize or eliminatedown ;
    • Conductsroutine hardware and software audits for proactive
    • Actsas a vendor liaison for assigned ;
    • Followschange control procedures and participates in relevant;
    • Workswith internal and external stakeholders especially while
    • Performsother related duties and projects as


    Requirements

    BachelorsDegree
    3+years of relatedexperience
    • Basicunderstanding of systems life cycle, systems integration, dataflows, requirements gathering, testing, reporting tools andrelational databaseconcepts
