About therole

As Hostess Al Maha Services youwill deliver exceptional service in your assigned tasks andresponsibilities. You will prepare and deliver a premium level ofcustomer service to all internal and external customers whichinclude meeting and greeting customers at Hamad InternationalAirport. You will provide an effective operational support to yourteam leads as well as assist team members with a positive candoattitude.

Key accountabilitiesinclude:

• Participates in dailyoperations as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) relevant toall areas of Al Maha Services to ensure a seamless customerexperience and nil operational lapses
• Liaiseswith all external parties to work cooperatively in processing allcustomer requirements.
• Plans efficient dutyallocations of manpower during duty periods for Customer ServiceAgents.
• Provides support to the AirportServices Manager in case of flight disruptions misconnections andother passenger related disruptions.
• Maintainsan exceptional standard of product knowledge to promote Al MahaServices and assists with a diverse range of customerenquiries.
• Attends and actively participates indaily team briefings.
• Proactively submitsmovement reports and profiles customers premovement assignment toensure all customers are met as per their bookedrequirements

About you

The successfulcandidate will have the following qualifications andskills:

Qualifications:

• Minimum HighSchool level qualification
• Minimum 2 years ofcustomer service experience.
• Formalqualifications in Hospitality/Service related education is an addedadvantage.
• Experience in a premiumhospitality/service environment isadvantage.
• Good communication skills. Excellentwritten and spoken English.
• Interactivecustomer service oriented with warm cheerful and expressivepersonality.
• Customer focused and always drivescustomer satisfaction.
• Polite reliableknowledgeable and able to adapt to changingrequirements.
• Open to new learnings and highlytrainable.
• Able to perform underpressure.
• Flexible to work onshifts.
• Ability to foster teamwork among teammembers.
• This is a uniformed position. Open toadapt and maintain good appearancestandard.
