    • In collaboration with EPCCONTRACTORS, establish and steward a Worker Welfare managementprogram for the NFXP Offshore, including protocols for Safety,Social Works, Industrial Hygiene (IH), Camp Management, MentalHealth, Human Rights, Grievance Management, Dispute Resolution andother Welfare related matters in line with Project, QatarEnergyLNG, and Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) Welfare policies andprocedures as well as regulatoryrequirements.
    • Providevisible front line leadership in providing project oversight of EPCCONTRACTOR's Worker Welfare programs and facilities overthe course of Project execution and drive the EPCContractor's Worker Welfare performance to meet the NFXPOffshore's HSES Performance Excellence expectations andstandard.

    KeyAccountabilities:

    • SupportPMT EPCI HSES Heads and EPC Contractors to identify Worker Welfarerequirements as stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations ofthe State of Qatar and NFXP Offshore CONTRACT as well as relevantCONTRACTOR HSES Plans and Procedures, such as Camp Management Planand Health and WelfareProcedures.
    • Supports theestablishment of EPC CONTRACTORS's Worker Welfarestandards, protocols and systems in the Camps and on Site incompliance with the relevantrequirements.
    • Ensures thatsuitable COMPANY oversight is provided for EPCCONTRACTOR's, Camp Operators and Subcontractors tosustain the NFXP Offshore requirements in terms of Worker Welfaremanagement and achieve high performancestandards.
    • Demonstratesvisible leadership through attendance at key Project activitiessuch as management camp walk-throughs, award programs, workerwelfare events and welfare/ camp committeemeetings.
    • Supports thePMT/EPC/Subcontractor joint HSES Audit Teams in the planning andexecution of Camp and Welfare audits, and participates in theseaudits where deemed necessary and provides subject matter expertinput.
    • Ensure workers aretreated fairly in compliance with the Labour Law of the State ofQatar and International Human Rights, with strong focus on theretention of identity documents, abuse, intimidations, harassment,restriction of movement, discrimination, workplace violence andbullying.
    • Maintain andfrequently review Worker Welfare performance data and generateperformance reports, charts and graphs, and provide regularperformance reports to the PMT and EPC Leadership Teams andrecommend improvement action plans with a risk basedapproach.
    • Closely monitorsthe Camp accommodation and food standard in all EPC Camps andreports deviciencies immediately to the Leadership Teams forintervention, in collaboration with PMT Head, and HSES Lead/specialists dedicated tocamps.
    • Ensures that WorkerWelfare related programs and protocols are established andsustained throughpout the Project duration. These programs andprotocols will include as a minimum Safety, Social Works,Industrial Hygiene, Camp Management Standard, Mental Health, HumanRights, Crivance Management, and DisputeResolution.
