- Ensures all records are accurate, accounted for, maintained on a real-time basis and can be produced anytime.
- Ensures that records are completed within designated timeframes. 2. Helps maintain records of invoices and creditors' payments.
- Ensures that invoices and creditor's payments are accurately recorded on a real-time basis.
- Ensures that records are completed within designated timeframes. 3. Processes checks, maintains filing and invoice monitoring systems, and audit petty.
- Ensures that Cheque payments are properly/accurately prepared and recorded at 0% error.
- Ensures the daily audit of Petty Cash Fund and variance must be transparently reported. 4. Prepares, maintain and manage general ledger accounting.
- Ensures that recording on the General Ledger is performed daily, accurately and within designated timeframes. 5. Performs reconciliation of banking transactions.
- Ensure that Bank Reconciliation Statements are prepared and submitted to the Accountant on a daily basis.
