    Department
    SUPPLYCHAIN

    Primary purpose ofjob
    Provide expert level contract managementservices and practical assistance to the project team in all stagesof the project

    such as tendering execution andclose out. Coordinate with project team and provide input toContracting and procurement

    strategy for theproject and assess risks pros and cons. Ensure efficient andeffective implementation of the purchasing

    processes and undertake the procurement of materials and equipmentfor Category purchasing groups from assigning of

    Purchase Requisition to delivery and payment tosuppliers.

    Experience &Skills
    10 12 years experience in various stagesof pre and post contract activities / supply chain environment withat least
    56 years experience in the oil and gasindustry.
    • Proficient in commercialand contractual aspect of supply chain which includes but notlimited to
    preparation/evaluation/negotiationof tenders/contracts for major projects with varying complexity anddiversity.
    • Possession of soundknowledge of Contracts Law isdesirable.
    • Proficient in contractualcorrespondence contract verbatim report writing with analyticallogical and problemsolving
    skills.
    • Thorough understanding of engineeringprocurement construction techniques for various contract typeslike
    FEED/ECS/Consultancy EPC Operation& Maintenance (O&M) and the related works/services.
    • Knowledge of incoterms and commercialimplications
    • Computer literate and able to usethis knowledge for contract analysis evaluation of statistical databothhistorical

    andprojected.

    • Prepare high qualitysubmissions for Tender committee and frame recommendations withinput from project team
    supply chain functionfinance and legal as required.
    • Experience inSAP transactions isdesirable

    Education
    Bachelors degree in QuantitySurveying / Engineering Discipline or equivalent and status ofcertification with

    international organizationwill be advantageous. A post graduate qualification in ContractManagement or Project

    Management isdesirable.
