You'llmake animpact by:
Ensurescompliance with customer contract requirements.
Ensurescompliance with corporate EHS standards. Ensurescompliancewith corporate QA/QC standards. Identificationof claims andestimation of related expenditures. Supportand advise Lead Engineerduring technical discussions. Activelydevelop and utilize allsources of information, know-how and experience for aprojectspecific and entrepreneurial use. Identifiesand evaluatescontinuously all opportunities for the project enhancement.
Identifiesand evaluates all evident risks, suggests appropriatecountermeasures, andreports the same to the project management.
RepresentsSiemens' contractual and commercialinterest's vs customers and communicateswith customers.
Developadditional business opportunities within the actual project.
Controlof work results provided by sub-suppliers and partners andescalation ofdeficiencies in quality and cooperation. Explanationofsolutions and Siemens capabilities to customers.
Clarifiesrequirements with customers and, if applicable, withauthorities. Obtainslicenses and consents. Drivesown empowermentwith adequate signature authorization and target agreement tomanagethe project as entrepreneur. Standsfor overall responsibility onproject results based on the strategic prioritiesand set goals(e.g. budget, quality, schedule, EHS).

Managethe project throughthe entire project Life Cycle until final acceptance (FAC).Leadsand manages all assigned project staff including internal,team, GlobalEngineering Centers (GECs) colleagues, 3rd party /external stuff, andsub-contractor's team.

Coachjuniorteam members. ManageStakeholders. Providesfeedback and lessonslearned.

Inaddition, the following shall be specific tasks:
Preparesand participate in customer monthly meeting. Preparesandpresents customer weekly site report. Preparesinternal weekly sitereports. Supportsclaims and claim defenses vs customer andcontractors and providessubstantiation for claims and claimdefense. Executesspecific tasks as requested by Project Director.

Yoursuccess is grounded in Education and Certifications:
Professional Experience: 10 years professional experience in largeEPCprojects. 8 years professional experience in engineeringandexecution of contracts. 3 years professional experience inleading teams of> 15 individuals. Led successful executionof multiple strategicprojects mainly in Oil and Gas industrysector, preferred in Qatar, or MiddleEast. Implemented projectmanagement methodologies such asAgile, Waterfall, and Hybridapproaches to optimize project delivery timelinesand ensure qualityoutcomes. Collaborated with cross-functional teams toconductcomprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigationstrategies to addressvulnerabilities and safeguard critical assets.
Established and maintained strong relationships withkeystakeholders to foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness anddrivealignment with organizational risk management priorities.

Proficient in all phasesof project lifecyclemanagement, from initiation and planningthrough execution, monitoring, andclosure. Skilled in definingproject scope, objectives, and deliverables whileestablishing cleartimelines and resource allocations.

Strategic Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategicinitiativesthat address critical cybersecurity challenges andsupportoverarching business goals. Experienced in guiding teamsthrough complexprojects while mitigating risks and optimizingresource utilization.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Strong interpersonaland communication skills with aproven ability to collaborateeffectively with diverse stakeholders, includingtechnical teams,C-suite executives, regulatory authorities, and externalpartners

Analytical thinker with a knack for identifyingroot causes ofissues and devising innovative solutions to overcomeobstacles.
