Position Locations Al Udeid Air Base QA AITracking Code 9697 Position Type FullTime Regular The ProjectManager shall be responsible for the overall management of assignedprojects They will coordinate and schedule inspections meetingsspecialized trades They will ensure that projects are completed ontime and within budget Essential Job Functions Shall manage monitorand inspect document and advise on projects as required Providessupport in the planning management direction project completionclient satisfaction and financial outcome of assigned constructionprojects Prepare and submit reports of project status and progressweekly to the SM and COR Monitor and manage the design and buildout of selected new construction repair and alteration and build tosuit projects in traditional delivery modes or alternative modes ofdesign build type projects from beginning to end Assist inmonitoring project activities direction and decisions relative tosite selection design schedules reviewing Contractor submitteddesigns and complete project closeout documentation Track andanalyze Contractor progress schedules in accordance with projectSOW Monitors onsite processes procedures and systems for compliancewith construction drawings security requirements and codecompliance Coordinates and monitors the completion of activities inall phases of the project cycle Attends meetings weekly andprovides official project status reports per the frequency requireddaily weekly biweekly etc Attends inspections and identified eventsduring construction Provides project management support in any formdemonstrating compliance with all directives and other applicablestandards to include records management Provides technical supporton a daily basis to all customers manages electronic documentsserves as the liaison for other customer groups related to allprojects provides expertise monitors security related issues andmaintains a coordinating relationship with the government agencyits clients and external partners to include the architectengineersconstruction contractors and other contractors supporting thegovernment Utilizes interpersonal skills to successfully work withall stakeholders including customers regulators and property ownersAssists with the transition of projects to those customersresponsible for ongoing maintenance of space Education Experience 7Years of Experience in Project ManagementBachelors degree inProject Management or Similar License Certifications ProjectManagement Professional PMP certification Other desirablecertifications include Certified Associate in Project ManagementCAPM and or Certified Construction Manager CCM Knowledge SkillsMust have working knowledge of construction materials and processesMust be able to read and understand architectural engineering andshop drawings associated with assigned projects Must utilizeAutoCAD to review and interpret Contractor submittals draft inhouseplans and details and to modify existing AutoCAD drawingsExperience using MS Office Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Project toeffectively schedule and communicate all aspects of projectrequirements Ability to lead and motivate teams to work withinvarious settings Must be objective flexible and responsive tochange and understand the complexities of a changing workenvironment Partner with staff and Business Partners to ensuredesign accomplishes both business and technical requirementsAdditional Requirements Must possess a valid U S DriversLicensePossess a valid U S Passport preferred Must be able to meetall current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements includingvaccination for COVID19 as outlined in Paragraph 1 A of theUSCENTCOM JAN 22 MOD SIXTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL ANDINDIVIDUALUNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICYAble to obtain and maintain a validResidency Visa for QatarMust be able to work in extremeenvironmental conditions including dust and high temperaturesMustbe able to endure long hours exposure to weather and hazardousconditions Clearance Security Clearance SECRET security clearanceReadiness Management Support L C www iapws com Readiness ManagementSupport L C RMS is a leading provider of globalscale logisticsfacilities management and advanced professional and technicalservices RMS provides a broad spectrum of services and solutions toU S and international government agencies and organizations Aworldclass leader in providing seasoned program management RMSleverages and integrates its capabilities to provide safeinnovative and reliable solutions to meet customers diverse andcomplex challenges RMS is a wholly owned subsidiary of IAPWorldwide Services Inc RMS IAP is an EOE including disability vetsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employmentwithout regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation genderidentity national origin disability or status as a protectedveteran
