Client Management:
Beproactive in recruiting new customers, promoting and creatingevents in order to generate new business opportunitiesActivelyparticipate and involve sales teams in social eventsConstantlynurture relationships with clients, in store and outside the storeimplementing client database activities, as per marketingguidelinesAddress client concerns/disputes/complains assuring thatthe client satisfaction is restored
Team Management:
Constantly coachthe sales team on how to deliver an unique and memorable shoppingexperience (customer focus, story telling, extraordinaryservice,selling skills and attitude), observing the sales floor andproviding feedback accordinglyConstantly develop the team byobserving them on the sales floor and providing feedback either onthe spot and in structured one to one meetingsPartner with SalesTrainers in training definition, implementation plans and followup.
Ensure the participation of the store team to training sessionsin order to develop and strengthen their knowledge on differenttopics (collections, selling techniques, brand and inspirationstories, security)Master of the House:
Be responsible for the storemaintenance, safety, functionality, product assortment, and visualmerchandising. Uphold uniform and grooming standards, superviseafter-sales service, and prioritize customer satisfactionBeresponsible for the store stock, ensuring to efficiently andeffectively manage it according to KPI s, and proposing correctiveactionsGuarantee the correct application of company norms andproceduresSponsor the development of a frictionless Clientexperience through the different touch points, leveraging on theadoption of new digital tools and processesSponsor the full storeengagement on new omnichannel initiatives and amplify the change ofmindset in store, driving the change
Market Knowledge:
Related totheir environment (city, street, mall, dept. Store) guaranteeprofound knowledge on brand locations, events and marketingactivities
