    Were seeking a motivated andaspiring Junior Account Executive to join our internal accountsteam. In this role you will play a pivotal part in supporting theaccounts team with various tasks aiding in the seamless executionof advertising campaigns and gaining valuable exposure to theworkings of client management and project coordination. Thisposition serves as an excellent opportunity for someone passionateabout the advertising industry to grow their skills and contributeto our agencys success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborateclosely with senior account executives and account managers toassist in managing client projects andcampaigns.
    • Aid in the development andpreparation of client presentations proposals and projectbriefs.
    • Assist in the coordination of projecttimelines deliverables and internal resources to ensure efficientproject execution.
    • Conduct research and gatherinsights to contribute to strategic campaign planning and creativedevelopment.
    • Help maintain accurate projectrecords documents and communicationlogs.
    • Support the accounts team withadministrative tasks including scheduling meetings taking meetingminutes and tracking project progress.
    • Stayinformed about industry trends competitor activities and relevantmarket information.
    • Embrace learningopportunities and actively seek ways to expand your understandingof account management and advertisingprocesses.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Advertising Business or a relatedfield.
    • Strong organizational skills andattention to detail.
    • Excellent communicationskills both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and collaborationtools.
    • Passion for the advertising industry anda desire to learn and grow.
    • Ability to workeffectively in a teamorientedenvironment.
    • Strong time management skills andability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
    • Demonstrated eagerness to takeinitiative and assist with various aspects of accountmanagement.
