    Responsibilities:

    1.Shipping Arrangement andCoordination

    To request dealers to open LC or advanced TT payments beforeex-factorydate.

    To check the LCdetails.

    To forward shipping instructions and all shipping documents betweendealer s nominated forwarders and factory sforwarder.

    2.Documentation, Attestation andLegalization

    To prepare shipping documents based on LC or dealer srequirements.

    To prepare certificate of origin through online system and toarrange attestation and legalization from Chamber andMinistries.

    3.Banks Trade and FinanceOperation

    To check LCs withbanks.

    To submit documents for LCsnegotiation.

    4.Import/ Export CustomsClearance

    To handover documents to agents for Customsclearance.

    To check BOE for Customsclearance.

    5.Work closely with other members of the logistics team to ensuresmooth and efficientoperations.

    Skills

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor sDegree

    Excellent problem-solving and communicationskills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize taskeffectively

    Strong attention todetail

    Prior experience in logistics or supply chainmanagement
