    • Support the delivery ofthe Commercial management plan for the NFXP Onshore Project.Responsible for providing technical, commercial and functionaldirection related to all aspects of overall Claims Avoidance andManagement, including the formulation and administration ofstrategies, associated governance, claims register, internalposition papers, Company position papers, health checks and casefiles, and coordinating overall project responses in relation tothe EPC-2, EPC-3 and EPC-4 Contracts (Respectively: LNG Storage andLoading, Lean Gas and Liquid Product Facilities, Sulfur storage andoffloadingfacilities).
    • Liaise withproject team personnel in technical and functional guidance oncontract management. Maintain contact with other Managementpersonnel and FunctionalManagers.

    KeyAccountabilities

    • Implementand support compliance with Claims Avoidance and ManagementProcedure.
    • Support the NFXPOnshore Head of Claims in the management, evaluation and planningof claims avoidance and commercial management and provide inputinto material required for the QatarEnergy LNG Major Projectsorganization, including in-depth assessments and actionableanalysis.
    • Work with Delayanalysts to conduct delay analsys required to support Companypositioning in terms of response strategies to potential or activeclaims as the case maybe.
    • Carry out ContractEntitlement Assessments and laise with Legal to ensure alignment onassessment outcome.
    • DevelopInternal and Company Position Papers along with associatedengagements with respective issue stakeholders to drive alignmentand unity inresponse.
    • Support Head ofClaims to drive overall unified approach to common claims acrossEPCs enabling fair treatment, avoid precedent setting but alsounifying the approach to all commonclaims.
    • Support thedevelopment of Post-Award Contract Management Strategies andScenarios for EPC-2/3/4Project.
    • Able to work in ahighly visible project environment with large capital expendituresand significant schedule execution pressures, as well as within adynamic team that has high expectations for flawless projectexecution in safety, quality, cost and schedule performance,requiring the incumbent to demonstrate accuracy, initiative and theability to multi-task as essentialskills.
