    • Support the delivery of theCommercial management plan for the OnshoreProject.
    • Liaise with project team personnel intechnical and functional guidance on contract management. Maintaincontact with other Management personnel and FunctionalManagers.
    • Understands key project drivers andcontext and can provide credible and practical commercialstrategies and plans in a complex contractualenvironment.
    • Ensures project'sability to avoid claims and to the extent they occur, be ready tomanage them. His entails commercial performance by anticipatingissues, avoiding situations that impact the project adversely andreducing the frequency of poor outcomes with EPC Contractors on ademanding megaproject.

    YourTasks

    • Implement and support compliance withClaims Avoidance and ManagementProcedure.
    • Support the Onshore Head of Claimsin the management, evaluation and planning of claims avoidance andcommercial management and provide input into material required forthe Major Projects organization, including in-depth assessments andactionable analysis.
    • Work with Delay analyststo conduct delay analyses required to support Company positioningin terms of response strategies to potential or active claims asthe case may be.
    • Carry out Contract EntitlementAssessments and liaise with Legal to ensure alignment on assessmentoutcome.
    • Develop Internal and Company PositionPapers along with associated engagements with respective issuestakeholders to drive alignment and unity inresponse.
    • Support Head of Claims to driveoverall unified approach to common claims across EPCs enabling fairtreatment, avoid precedent setting but also unifying the approachto all common claims.
    • Support the developmentof Post-Award Contract Management Strategies and Scenarios for EPCProject.
    • Able to work in a highly visibleproject environment with large capital expenditures and significantschedule execution pressures, as well as within a dynamic team thathas high expectations for flawless project execution in safety,quality, cost and schedule performance, requiring the incumbent todemonstrate accuracy, initiative and the ability to multi-task asessential skills.
