    • Preparing documents associated with construction and project management;
    • Processing incoming and outgoing email including writing, proof-reading and editing documents;
    • Coordinating, preparing and distributing daily reports;
    • Coordinating, preparing, distributing all reports/materials utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PROCORE (cloud-based project management system);
    • Assisting and coordinating tenders;
    • Composing faxes, transmittals, miscellaneous correspondence, various meeting minutes;
    • Maintaining all related files, hard copy and soft data storage;
    • Scanning, emailing, photocopying, preparing courier packages etc.;
    • Scheduling and confirming appointments;
    • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
    • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages;
    • Compiling data, statistics and other information;
    • Securing document control;
    • Coordinating client, trade and consultant site visits and meetings;
    • Maintaining safety postings, safety meeting minutes and safety log sheets; and
    • Other duties consistent with the position as reasonably determined by the person to whom you provide assistance.
