    • Process all reservation requests,changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, ormail.
    • Identify guest reservation needs anddetermine appropriate room type.
    • Verifyavailability of room type and rate.
    • Explainguarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies tocallers.
    • Accommodate and document specialrequests.
    • Answer questions about propertyfacilities/services and roomaccommodations.
    • Follow sales techniques tomaximize revenue.
    • Input and access data inreservation system.
    • Indicate special roomreservation types (e.g., complimentary rooms, employee discounts,travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale reservations) byinputting the correct code and rate into the reservationsystem.
    • Follow proper escalation procedureswhen addressing guest concerns.
    • Follow allcompany policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personalappearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information; protect company assets; protect theprivacy and security of guests andcoworkers.
    • Welcome and acknowledge all guestsaccording to company standards; anticipate and addressguests' service needs; assist individuals withdisabilities; thank guests with genuineappreciation.
    • Speak with others using clear andprofessional language; answer telephones using appropriateetiquette.
    • Develop and maintain positiveworking relationships with others; support team to reach commongoals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of otheremployees.
    • Comply with quality assuranceexpectations and standards.
    • Move, lift, carry,push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10pounds without assistance.
    • Perform otherreasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.
