    • Oversee and direct Constructionprojects from commencement tocompletion.
    • Review the project in-depth toschedule deliverables and estimatecosts.
    • Monitor projects with respect tobudgeted cost, demand forecasts, to ensure timely execution ofprojects.
    • Oversee all onsite and offsiteconstructions to monitor compliance with building and safetyregulations.
    • Co-coordinate weekly meeting withconstruction project managers for review of progress and siteissue.
    • Monitor the work done by ProjectManagers & Quality team to ensure the Construction QualitySystem & the compliance.
    • Monitor thework done by Project Managers for Progressschedule.
    • Ensure that Project Managers have metthe contractual conditions ofperformance.
    • Coordinate with Project Managersin regards to Fortnightly Backlog & look aheadplans
    • Review construction schedule &take necessary steps (Catch up plan) to meet the criticalactivities deadlines.
    • Prepare internal andexternal reports pertaining to job status.
    • Planahead along with other project managers to prevent problems andresolve any emerging ones.
    • Negotiate terms ofagreements, draft contracts and obtain permits andlicenses.
    • Coordinate with Project Managers inregards to Analyze, manage and mitigaterisks.
    • Follow escalation mechanism to addressany critical issues.
    • Coordinate with ProjectManagers in regards to ensure quality construction standards andthe use of proper constructiontechniques.
    • Monitor construction projects andcontractual regulations for occupational health and environmentalprotection according to "HSE ProgramSite.
    • Provide the support and cooperation inregards to the Quality department requirements andAudits.
    • Provide the support and cooperation inregards to the Business development & tenders managementactivities when requested.
