    • Conducting Day-to-Day Room ServiceOperations
    • Ensures compliance with all RoomService polices, standards andprocedures.
    • Assists with the handling andservice of all room service hospitality suites and group salesfunctions.
    • Supervises daily shiftoperations.
    • Helps to manage the delivery ofamenity packages and VIP gifts.
    • Ensures allemployees have proper supplies, equipment anduniforms.
    • Supporting Management and Coaching ofRoom Service Team
    • Provides direction to RoomService employees to sell and service in-roomdining.
    • Supervises staffing levels to ensurethat guest service, operational needs and financial objectives aremet.
    • Sets a positive example for guestrelations.
    • Communicates performanceexpectations in accordance with job descriptions for eachposition.
    • Provides feedback to individualsbased on observation of servicebehaviors.
    • Handles employee questions andconcerns.
    • Supervises Room Service in theabsence of the Room ServiceManager.
    • Participates in the employeeperformance appraisal process, giving feedback asneeded.
    • Assisting Room Service Financial andBudgeting Goals
    • Understands the impact ofdepartment s operation on the overall property financialgoals.
    • Participates in department meetings andcontinually communicates a clear and consistent message regardingthe departmental goals to produce desiredresults.
    • Utilizes budgets, operating statementsand payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financialmanagement of department.
